Talk to the HR officer. Any single employment issue must be opened up with the HR officer. Keeping things to yourself would only alleviate the level of stress that you feel. Talking to the right person would help out ease things for you.
Learn to delegate the workload. Do not be too ambitious in accepting all of the workload. You would not be able to finish all of those, mind you. Learn to share the task with other people provided that everything is fair.
Job stress could never be denied at all cost. It is essential that you know how to manage it for yourself.
